Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within the UK vary depending on the courier you choose, and ranges between £2.99 - £5.15. 

Our current Courier Rates:

Evri Standard: £2.99
Evri Next Day: £3.10
DPD Next Day: £5.15

Do you Deliver Internationally?

We currently only deliver within the UK for orders placed on our website.
However, International orders can be placed via our Etsy shop!

How long does it take to dispatch my order and how long does delivery take?

It's important to know that Dispatch and Delivery are 2 separate things. Since all Items are handmade to order, most orders are dispatched within 3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched after purchase, and 14 working days for hay bags and beds.
We put many hours into making sure every package is perfect, so delivery may take up to *7 working days (after dispatch), but our aim is to get it to you as soon as possible! 
*Delivery times may take longer sometimes due to material shortage, bank holidays, Royal Mail strikes or post office closed dates.

Dispatch days are separate & different to delivery days.

After dispatch, the parcel is given to Royal Mail, who then take an additional 1-3 days *UK,  Or 3-14 working days for *International orders, to deliver to your door.

Unfortunately, we can't speed this process up as everything we do is made from scratch and super fresh! As soon as the parcel is dispatched with Royal Mail, the rest of the order's journey is out of our hands.

Please expect delays during peak seasons and special occasions such as Valentine’s day, Easter, St. Patricks Day, Halloween, National Rabbit Day, Thanks giving and Christmas.

There are new EU customs regulations meaning we do not ship to all countries within the European Union. All postage is calculated based on the orders weight at checkout. EU and International orders are subject to VAT and customs fees upon arrival. 

Help! I placed an order but forgot something else that I wanted to purchase. Can I add this to my order without any added shipping costs?

Yes! Just send us a message and we will give you a private code that you can enter at checkout, and it will take off the shipping without any minimum spend.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns due to health and safety reasons, as well as due to some items being made to order. We always hope you are 100% satisfied with your orders, but if you have any concerns or issues, we will do our best to accommodate.

Refunds: The Binky Bunny Club has a no return, no refund policy in place. This means we do not offer full refunds - however we always will do our best to resolve any issues and we do deal with this on a case-by-case basis.

Customer Ordered Beds & Hay bags: If you have contacted us about a Custom ordered Bed, and received it and you change your mind, or the bed is faulty and you want to return the bed for a refund, we do not offer this. Time and money has been put into searching and finding the best fabric for you for your custom bed, and we do not and can not offer returns on any custom bed orders. If your custom bed arrives faulty, we will be happy to have it returned to us to fix and stitch it up with no extra cost! Once fixed, we will send it out to you again. 

What happens if my parcel is Lost?

We are not responsible for packages lost; non-standard orders are tracked. Once the order is dispatched, it is out of our hands and aren’t able to know where your parcel is, until the Royal mail tracking is active. Tracking details can be provided. We also save all postage receipts for up to 3 months.

If a parcel is lost, please contact us via email: thebinkybunnyclub@outlook.com. We will always try to help and find out the whereabouts of your parcel and whether the courier can deem it as lost yet. This process usually consists of us contacting the courier via Email or Telephone. This whole process can take up to 21 working days to reach a resolution.

For Royal Mail: Email usually requires a reply waiting time of 2-3 business days (not including weekends). In some cases we decide to send a Lost Parcel Claim to Royal mail right away (instead of emailing or phoning them). This can take up to 21 business days from when the claim is made, because RM reply via letter for lost claims, and do not respond via email. Please allow up to 21 business days if we have sent them a Lost Parcel claim for your order. This is the wait time since RM have to investigate the Lost Claim, and thereafter send out a letter to us to confirm. 

Please wait up to 14 working days, after the dispatch date, for your order to arrive, before contacting us. This excludes Sundays , as Royal Mail does not work on Sundays. Royal Mail says to wait up to 14 working days before they can deem a parcel as lost. We will not issue any refunds before this time frame.

 

General FAQs:

How long do my treats last and how should I store them?

Treats are freshly made to order and will last up to 4 months if stored correctly. We recommend storing treats in an airtight container away from direct sunlight.

How often can I feed treats?

Although all of The Binky Bunny Club’s treats are made with natural, high-quality ingredients, they can be high in natural sugars (fruits) and we recommend feeding sparingly to all small animals. Do not feed Rabbit Kits (baby rabbits) under 4 months old.

Example (based off treat size 3cm x 4cm x 0.5cm):
Young Rabbits: 4-8 months - 1-2 treats a week
Adult Rabbits: 8 months+ - 1-5 treats a week

Are all of your Toys Natural?

Yes! We pride ourselves to be able to say that all our Toys are made of 100% natural materials that your little one’s will love to chew, shred, eat and gnaw.

All products from The Binky Bunny Club are made with love and dispatched from Berkshire in the United Kingdom.

I would love to become a Rep - How can I apply?

We hold Rep Searches on Instagram and will announce this on there when it's closing in on the search! We usually hold quarterly Rep searches, however, depending on personal life and/ or how busy we are, this could be delayed. You can always send us a message to double check if we have any coming up!
